At Corgi Model Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
